When is the Patient Sent Notifications?
The patient is sent two different types of notifications from the app. There are the default notifications and the "Patient Reminders". The default notifications are sent to the patient when the surgery is Scheduled, Canceled or Re-Scheduled. The default notification is a text and email that gives the patient the Date / Time / Location / Procedure. The "Patient Reminders" are set up by the Administrators to be sent at specific times before and after the surgery. These reminders are custom created by the Administrator in the "Surgeon Team Settings" and can be turned on or off. These reminders are sent to the patient via both text and email.
