How Do I Control What Surgery Time the Patient Receives?
In the "Surgeon Team Setting" page there is a slider that will turn on or off the patient time setting. It is called “Display Case Time to Patients”. If this is turned ON the patient will see the scheduled time when they are notified via text and email. If this is turned OFF the patient will receive a "TBD" under the case time notification. If it is turned OFF then it is important that you set an arrival time for the patient in the "Patient Reminders" section.
