Administrator Start Up 2 - Add New People
Next you will want to invite your Care Team to join you in the app. This will allow you to create a case and share all of the key details of the case with your team and most importantly keep them in the loop when a case changes. When you create your Care Team think about all of the people that would benefit from sharing your calendar, (ie. Reps, First Assist, Anesthesiologist, Biller, PA, Office Manager, Other Doctors and yes your Surgeon). Select the "Care Team Members" found in the "Surgeon Team Settings" page and start by sending out invites by clicking on the Add or Plus (+) in the top right corner of the page. From the invite page complete the entire form, select the role and define the permission for each Care Team Member. Remember, the Administrator has the right to add and change cases as well as see all of the patient details. The Member is a read-only participant and can only view the details of the case that they have been invited
