Invite My Team Email

Here is a sample EMAIL that can be used when you first introduce the SurgerEase app to your team:

Hello Team,

Dr. SMITH has found a cool new app called SurgerEase that we will now use to create, edit and share our surgery schedule with you.  It is a shared calendar so all members of the team can follow our surgery schedule and receive notifications of new cases, modified cases and canceled cases in real-time.  You will be able to view the location, date, time, insurance, procedure and equipment needs for each patient.  I will send you an email invite with a link for you to download the SurgerEase app. Please follow the steps in the Invite Email in order to access our team. When I invite you to future cases you will receive both a text alert and an email alert. You will then be able to view the details for that case within the app.
