How Do I Reschedule or Cancel a Case?

To reschedule or cancel a case in the app, swipe left on the case card and make your selection.  After confirming, you will be prompted to select a reason for rescheduling or canceling, either by the patient or facility. Rescheduling a Case sets the time to TBD and places it in the Pending state. SurgerEase will track how many days the case remains Pending before it is rescheduled. Canceling a Case permanently deletes case data.
