How do I update my email address and phone number?

On the web version, select your profile at the bottom left corner, then Edit Profile. Select the Care Team that you want to update your information for, edit your info, and Save. You will receive notifications at your updated contact information. Your Sign In will remain the same email as when you accepted the SurgerEase invite. To change your SurgerEase Sign In email, contact support@surgerease.com.
